IS 2808 : 1964 Method for computation of capacity tables for pressurized storage tanks

1 Scope

1.1 This standard prescribes methods of computation of capacitytables for this types of vessels which are normally used for thebulk storage of liquid petroleum and petroleum products underpressure:

a) Vertical tanks,

b) Horizontal tanks,

c) Spherical tanks, and

d) Spheroidal tanks - plain and noded.
