IS 2819 : 1983 Specification for Braided Cotton Cord

1 Scope

1.1 This standard prescribes the requirements of two varietiesof braided cotton cord. The 2 mm dia cord is suitable for lacing ofsleeping bags and a valanche cord, and 4 mm dia cord is suitablefor crash helmets for motorcycle riders.
