1. SCOPE
This standard (Part 31/Sec 1) prescribes four methods for determination of phosphorus, namely:
a) Vanadomolybdo-phosphoric acid method;
b) Stannous chloride method;
c) Ascorbic acid method; and
d) Persulphate method for simultaneous determination of total nitrogen and total phosphorus.
