1 Scope
1.1 This standard covers the requirements of mediumdensity particle boards made of wood and/or other lignocellulosic materials for general purposes, having specific gravity in the range 0.5 to 0.9.
1.2 This standard does not cover veneered particleboards, moulded particle boards, high and low densityparticle boards or particle boards faced by impregnatedpaper surfaces.
