IS 3135 : 1965 Specification for Cathetometer

1 Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the requirements of cathetometershaving a vertical scale and vernier with a fine adjustment andmainly used in the laboratory for measurement of distance betweentwo points in a vertical plane with the help of a sightingtelescope.
