1 Scope

1.1 This standard prescribes the  requirements and themethods of sampling and test for absolute alcohol. The material isintended for use as a raw material, regent and solvent in thechemical and pharmaceutical industries and for the production ofpower alcohol for which purpose it is partially or completelydenatured.
