1. SCOPE

This standard prescribes the requirementsand the methods of sampling and test for soluble coffee-chicory powder or agglomerate prepared by dehydration of an aqueous extract or a mixture of aqueous extracts prepared from roasted and ground coffee and roasted chicory.
