1 Scope

This standard (Part 1) specifies requirements and methods ofsampling and test for cotton and nylon fabrics coated on one orboth sides with a suitably plasticized coating, pigmented orotherwise, of vinyl chloride or copolymer, the major constituent ofwhich is vinyl chloride, and which are suitable for use in themaking up of water resistant clothing.
