IS 3481 : 1966 Electric portable lamp stands and brackets

1 Scope

1.1 This standard applies to electric portable lamp stands andbrackets for use on supply voltages not exceeding 250 volts, ac ordc.

1.1.1 This are excluded from the scope of this standard:

a) Any portable lamp stand or bracket fitted with a fluorescentor other gaseous discharge lamp, and

b) Electric hand lamps covered by IS 1415-1959.
