IS 3485 : 1983 Specification for Plain and Master Setting Ring Gauges (Size Range from 1 up to and Including 315 mm)

1 Scope

Covers requirements for GO and NO GO plain ring gauges andmaster setting ring gauges for dial bore and pneumatic settinggauges in the size range from 1 up to and including 315 mm. Theseplain ring gauges can also be used to check the major diameter ofexternal threads made according to IS 4218 : Parts 1 to 6 ) `ISOmetric screw threads.
