IS 3509 : 1966 Method of sampling and test for cream

1 Scope

1.1 This standard prescribes the methods for sampling andanalysis of cream and MALAI.

Note : MALAI is that portion of milk which is rich in milk-fatand which rises to the surface of the heated milk on standing.
