This Indian Standard (Second Revision) which is identical withISO/R 775 : 1969 `Cylindrical and 1/10 conical shaft ends, issuedby the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) wasadopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation ofthe Transmission Devices Sectional Committee (LMD 10) and approvalof the Light Mechanical Engineering Division Council.
This standard was first published in 1966. It was revised in1977 taking assistance from ISO/R 775 : 1969. This second revisionhas now been fully aligned with ISO/R 775 : 1969.
