This standard (Third Revision) which is identical to ISO 377 : 2017 ʽSteel and steel products — Location and preparation of samples and test pieces for mechanical testing issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Mechanical Testing of Metals Sectional Committee and approval of the Metallurgical Engineering Division Council.
