IS 3752 : 2005 Alcoholic Drinks - Methods of Test

1 Scope

This standard prescribes the methods of test for alcoholic drinks. For the estimation of esters, higher alcohols, aldehydes, furfural and methanol, gas chromatographic (GC) method is provided in AnnexA as an alternative method.
