1. SCOPE

1.1 This standard (Part V) covers recommended current ratings for both the copper conductored as well as aluminium conductored PVC insulated cables and copper conductored flexible cords covered by IS: 694 (Part 1)-1964t and IS:694 (Part II)-1964:t respectively.
