1 Scope

1.1 This standard lays down the requirements regarding material,construction, workmanship and sizes of timber door, window andventilator frames generally used in residential and institutionalbuildings.

1.2 This standard does not cover timber door, window andventilator frames for commercial, industrial and other specialbuildings, such as workshops and garages.
