IS 4027 : Part 4 : 2025 Methods for Chemical Analysis of Bronzes - Part 4 Determination of Nickel by Dimethylglyoxime Photometric Method
1 SCOPE
This standard (Part 4) prescribes a method for determination of nickel in the range as specified in the relevant standards on bronzes.
NOTE - This method is not applicable to aluminium bronze and aluminium silicon bronzes where nickel is 4 percent to 5 percent.
