IS 4038 : 1986 Specification for foot valves for water works purposes

1 Scope

1.1 This standard covers requirements for flanged and screwedend foot valves of both swing and lift type for use withcentrifugal pumps for water works purposes. It covers screwed endvalves from 25 to 150 mm nominal sizes and flanged end valves from50 to 450 mm nominal sizes.
