This Indian Standard (Part 1) which is identical with ISO 7376-1: 1994 `Laryngoscopic fittings - Part 1: Conventional hook-on typehandle-blade fittings issued by the International Organization forStandardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standardson the recommendations of the Anesthetic, Resuscitation and AlliedEquipment Sectional Committee and approval of the Medical Equipmentand Hospital Planning Division Council.
