1. Scope

1.1 This standard covers the requirements for steel tuhes used for water wells, such as, casing, drive pipe and housing; having the following types of joints:

a) Screwed and socketed bull joints,

b) Screwed Dush hull join ls, and

c) Pl.tin bevelled end pipes for butt welded joints.
