1 Scope
This standard covers the general and performance requirementsfor monochrome television receivers.
The monochrome television receivers covered by this standard areintended for televilsion reception on 626 line system and havinfnegative picture modulation with association frequency modulationsound reception on the intercarrier sound system. [The standardsystem B of International Radio Consultative Committee (see 11453 :1985 `Characteristics of systems for monochrome and colourtelevision'.)].
