IS 4570 : Part 1 : 1983 Specification for Crystal Unit Holders - Part 1 : General Requirements and Tests

1 Scope

1.1 This standard (Part 1) covers general requirements and testsfor judging the electrical, mechanical and climatic properties ofcrystal unit holders intended for use in electronic equipment.

1.2 A crystal unit holder includes a cover, a base or othermeans of closure and suitably insulated pins, terminals or leads.It does not include the mounting springs.
