1 SCOPE

1.1 This standard covers recommendations for (a) instrumentationfor investigation of seismicity, (b) study of microtremors andpredominant period of a dam site and (c) permanent installation ofinstruments in the dam and appurtenant structures and in thesurrounding areas.
