1 Scope

This standard lays down the requirements in respect of physical propertiesand performance requirements, packing and marking of multipurpose foamconcentrate intended for use with mechanical foam generating equipmentsfor extinguishing fire of polar solvents like alcohols, ethers, ketones,etc, as well as hydrocarbon liquid fuel.
