This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 7494 : 1996`Dental units' issued by the International Organization forStandardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standardson the recommendations of the Dentistry Sectional Committee andapproval of the Medical Equipment and Hospital Planning DivisionCouncil.
