1. SCOPE

This standard prescribes the requirements and the methods of sampling and test for non-oil-extended, non-pigmented, raw styrene-butadiene rubbers (SBR), obtained by copolymerization of styrene and butadiene at low temperatures, typically termed as ‘cold polymerization’.
