1 Scope

1.1 This standard covers three methods by liquid sedimentation for quantitative determination of particle size distribution in sub-sieve range. The first two methods are used for the particle size down to about 3µ while the third method is applicable to the determination of particle size distribution in the range 3 to 0.01 micron.
