1 Scope
This standard prescribes the requirements and the methodsof sampling and test for the material commercially knownas gum spirit of turpentine or oil of turpentine.
This standard does not cover wood turpentine, sulphateor sulphite turpentine and mineral substitutes ofturpentine.
