This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 3790 : 1976 `Fishing nets -Determination of elongation of netting yarns' issued by the InternationalOrganization for Standardization (ISO), was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendations of the Textile Materials for Marine/FishingPurposes Sectional Committee and approval of the Textile Division Council.
