This Indian Standard (Part 10) which is identical with ISO 2917: 1999 `Meat and meat products - Measurement of pH - Referencemethod' issued by the International Organization forStandardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standardson the recommendation of Slaughter House and Meat IndustrySectional Committee and approval of the Food and AgricultureDivision Council.
