This Indian Standard (Part 15) which is identical with ISO 3496: 1994 `Meat and meat products - Determination of hydroxyprolinecontent' issued by the International Organization forStandardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standardson the recommendation of the Slaughter House and Meat IndustrySectional Committee and approval of the Food and AgricultureDivision Council.
