This Indian Standard (Part 16) which is identical with ISO 13730 : 1996`Meat and meat products - Determination of total phosphorus content -Spectrometric method' issued by the International Organization forStandardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on therecommendations of Slaughter House and Meat Industry Sectional Committeeand approval of the Food and Agriculture Division Council.
