This Indian Standard (Part 17) which is identical with ISO 13965 : 1998`Meat and meat products - Determination of starch and glucose contents -Enzymatic method' issued by the International Organization forStandardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on therecommendations of Slaughter House and Meat Industry Sectional Committeeand approval of the Food and Agriculture Division Council.
