This Indian Standard (Part 4) which is identical with ISO 1444 :1996 `Meat and meat products - Determination of free fat content',issued by the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO),was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendationof the Slaughter House and Meat Industry Sectional Committee andapproval of the Food and Agriculture Division Council.
