This Indian Standard (Part 6/Sec 1) which is identical with ISO1841-1 : 1996 Meat and meat products - Determination of chloridecontent - Part 1 : Volhard method, issued by the InternationalOrganisation for Standardization (ISO), was adopted by the Bureauof Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Slaughter Houseand Meat Industry Sectional Committee and approved by the Food andAgriculture Division Council.
