This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 2918 : 1975issued by the International Organization for Standardisation (ISO),was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendationof the Slaughter House and Meat Industry Sectional Committee andapproved by the Food and Agriculture Division Council.
