IS 6009 : 2024 Evaluation of Results of Accelerated Corrosion Test - Method
1 SCOPE
This standard specifies a rating system that provides a means of defining levels of performance of coatings, other than those anodic to the basis metal, that have been subjected to accelerated corrosion tests as per IS 5528, IS 6910, IS 9844 or IS 11864. This method takes into account only corrosion of the basis metal.
