IS 6109 : 1971 Specification for Edible Sesame Flour (Expeller Pressed)

1 Scope

1.1 This standard prescribes the requirements and the methods ofsampling and test for edible sesame flour obtained by the expellerprocess.

1.1.1 This standard shall apply only to edible flour obtainedfrom white sesame seeds.
