1. Scope
1.1 This standard (Part II) lays down the tests and requirements for power transformers with one winding (auto-transformers) or more windings of power input not exceed~ng 2 k VA intended for use in electronic equipments, such as radio receivers, audio an}plifiers, small transmitters and similar other devices.
1.2 It does not cover variable voltaie type auto-transformers.
1.3 This standard does note cover the dimensional requirements of such transformers.
