IS 6344 : 2006 Cadmium Metal - Specification

1 Scope

1.1 This standard specifies requirements for cadmium metal recovered from zinc concentrate as a by-product.

1.2 The requirement of the cadmium cast directly from remelted cadmium is also brought under this scope as it is difficult to distinguish betweenprimary and secondary cadmium coming into the market.
