1. Scope

1.1 This standard ( Part I) covers the methods of tests for determination of the following of building lime,

a) Insoluble residue,

b) Loss on ignition,

c) Insoluble matter,

d) Silicon dioxide,

e) Ferric and aluminium dioxide,

f) Calcium oxide, and

g) Magnesium oxide.
