This Indian Standard (Part 12) which is identical with ISO 11393-4 : 2018 ‘Protective clothing for users of handheld chainsaws - Part 4: Performance requirements and test methods for protective gloves’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Occupational Safety and Health Sectional Committeeand approval of the Chemical Division Council.
