1 Scope

This standard (Part 1) specifies three methods of carrying out astacking test on a complete, filled transport package using astatic load. Whichever method is employed, the test may be used toassess the performance of a package in terms of its strength or theprotection that it offers to its contents when it is subjected tostacking.
