This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 5524 : 1991`Tomatoes - Guide to cold storage and refrigerated transport'issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO)was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendationof the Processed Fruits and Vegetables Sectional Committee andapproval of the Food and Agriculture Division Council.
