IS 7324 : 1983 Brix hydrometers

1 Scope

1.1 This standard prescribes requirements and methods ofsampling and test for Brix hydrometers and Brix thermo-hydrometersmeant for use in sugar industry for determining the percentage bymass of sucrose in a pure sucrose solution at 20�C.
