This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 8741 : 1997 `Grooved pins- Half-length reverse-taper grooved' issued by the InternationalOrganization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of IndianStandards on the recommendations of the Bolts, Nuts and FastenersAccessories Sectional Committee and approval of the Medical Instruments,General and Production Engineering Division Council.
