1 Scope

This standard specifies the size and constructional details ofheadforms for use in testing of protective helmets (all kinds).Details of headform below the reference plane are included as anoptional requirement for testing Industrial Safety Helmets,Firemens helmets, and Civil Defence helmets, but for testing, ofmotorcycle riders helmets.
