IS 7965 : 1976 Specification for Niobium (Columbium)

1 Scope

1.1 This standard covers niobium (columbium), both as primarymetal and in consolidated ingot form. The primary metal can be inthe form of powder, beads or sponge as produced in the extractionstep. The ingot metal can be arc melted, electron beam melted or asconsolidated by powder metallurgy.
