IS 7967 : 1976 Criteria for controlling pollution of marine coastal areas

1 Scope

1.1 This standard lays down the criteria for controllingpollution of marine coastal areas (see 0.2) caused by discharge ofsewage, effluents and wastes from the hinterland and from ships.

1.2 This standard does not apply to waste disposal on the highsea.
