IS 8038 : 1985 Method of testing corrosion resistance of metallic and other non organic coatings by corrodkote test

1 Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the reagents, the apparatus and theprocedure for assessment of the quality of metallic and relatedcoatings by the Corrodkote procedure, in terms of evaluation of thecorrosion resistance of such coatings.

1.1.1 This method is primarily applicable to coper + nickel +chromium and nickel + chromium electroplated parts.
